The Jesus Zone

 

Everyone will be writing about the Super Bowl and/or the commercials that went along with it. So instead of following suit I want to back up to earlier in the day. This morning, like every sunday I went to church to worship. Sunday school is first before the regular service. I teach the teen sunday school class and this morning we had to change rooms because we officially out grew it. It is very exciting when more and more are coming to sunday school. This morning instead of “end zone” talk we talked about getting into the Jesus zone. We talked about leadership and how we are never too young to be a spiritual leader. How does one become a spiritual leader? The best way to become a spiritual leader is to get into the Jesus zone by staying in the word of God and spending time in his presence. Letting His light shine through you and being obedient to what He is leading you to do puts you in the position to lead others to Christ.

“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young,

 but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.”
